The Movie ‘Hook’ Features One of the Most Truthful Scenes In Movie History [VIDEO]

You have to understand, first and foremost, I love my kids. They are my everything. Over the weekend the movie 'Hook' was playing on TV. I haven't seen the movie when it first came out on video. Sure, bits and clips here and there through the years, but never actually sat and rewatched it from start to finish. My kids were enjoying it, as much as they can sit through any extended period of time watching anything. Then, this scene happened. It's when Captain Hook asks the kids why parents hate their children. The little girl says it's not true. The response that Captain Hook gave back made me laugh out loud. It takes having children to really appreciate his answer.

Again, I love my kids, but there is some truth to that statement.
