The Perfect Thanksgiving Ham Made By KATS Listener Cindy Storm And How To Make It

There isn't to much to say on this one! The photo tells it all!Thank you Cindy Storm for making the perfect Thanksgiving Ham!

1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 cup honey
1 cup bourbon (use the good stuff )
2/3 cup Orange marmalade / (creole mustard if putting on a ham )
2/3 cup molasses
6 cloves
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
2 tablespoons orange juice
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper(optional)

melt the 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Whisk in the honey until well-incorporated. Add all other ingredients and whisk together. Set on low heat and let the mixture reduce by half. Turn off the heat and set aside until needed
Brush on turkey or ham and cook as desired
