Truck Hit Guy, Just Call The Police Baby [VIDEO]

What a crazy video and I am not sure if it is real or fake.  The guy is just screaming from the top of a moving vehicle telling the lady across from him to 'Just Call The Police Baby'!

What is interesting to me is that his is still on top of a moving truck and the guy driving the truck is saying nothing! WTF! HA
