Admiral Gives An Unforgettable Speech [AUDIO]

A United States Navy admiral gave a very compelling commencement speech at the University of Texas, his alma mater. It will be a speech I am sure no one will forget.    Admiral William H. McRaven, a Navy SEAL, talked about some of his military experiences, which could be life lessons for most. I am very fond of one of his lessons about being a 'Sugar Cookie' on the beach.
