According to sources, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack will become president and CEO of the U.S. Dairy Export Council when he leaves office this month.

After 21-years at the helm, Tom Suber retired at the end of the year as president of the group that tracks and promotes American dairy trade.

The Trump administration “will issue a new regulation withdrawing the Clean Power Plan” and withdraw “regulation of carbon dioxide emissions from new power plants.”

That’s according to Thomas Pyle, president of the American Energy Alliance and the Institute for Energy Research … who just happens to be head of the Trump transition team for the U.S. Department of Energy.

Obama's legacy of rapid growth for wind, solar and other renewable energy sources may continue, but led this time by private industry and a score of determined states rather than by the federal government.
