Thirty-five-year-old Joshua Box, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was arrested AGAIN for possessing child pornography. Police found him with a hard drive that had thousands of pornographic images on it, along with pictures and videos of minors, some under the age of 12. He was also violating conditions of his probation by developing a relationship with a 17-year old. He was arrested and convicted previously for the exact same thing and it was determined that he was in the "medium-risk" to re-offend.

Again, did anyone LOOK at this guy?!
