Washington Has A Huge Venetian Palace

The pictures look like they are from some European countryside, but this palace is right here in Washington state.

According to the Seattle PI, the mansion is about an hour south of Seattle in Olympia, on the tip of Johnson Point.

Boasting more than 13,000 square feet, the home reportedly has four bedrooms and more than five bathrooms, as well as 500 feet of beachfront there on Johnson Point.

The big open Venetian ballroom, crystal chandeliers, and golden color reminds me more of a fancy hotel and not much of home, but a movie theater and views of the Olympics and Mount Rainier could probably change my mind.

Guess we'll never know.
