WATCH Time-Lapse of a “Freehand” Tattoo

Tattoos are becoming more and more popular and tattoo artists are finding more inventive and daring ways to do their craft.

I got a text from Tim Flanagan asking me if I wanted to do a "freehand" tattoo.

Freehand tattooing is done without a stencil, sometimes the artist will still mark the place of your tattoo with a marker. That's still technically freehand, but Tim wanted to step it up. He didn't use a marker, the idea went straight from his head onto my leg as he went!

Two hours later, a masterpiece!
