Cheer up, Coug fans.

WSU might've fallen short in its quest to punch its ticket to the PAC-12 Championship, but let's take a moment to look at the illustrious history of Washington State quarterbacks.

The list is long. It includes a Super Bowl winner, a first overall pick an a second overall pick.

Mark Rypien won the Super Bowl as the starting quarterback for the Washington Redskins.

Drew Bledsoe, a Walla Walla native, went No. 1 in the 1993 NFL Draft. He would enjoy a prolific career in New England, appearing in three Pro Bowls and a Super Bowl for the Patriots. He would later lose his job to some guy named Tom Brady. He later appeared in one more Pro Bowl. He ranks seventh all-time in pass yards.

Ryan Leaf went second overall in 1998 after Peyton Manning in the NFL Draft. While his pro career never panned out, he still had an incredible run in Pullman. His tenure included a Rose Bowl berth.

Jason Gesser shared Pac 10 player of the year honors with Carson Palmer in 2002, and is second in wins at WSU, only trailing Luke Falk.

Connor Halliday ended his college career with the most passing touchdowns in school history.

Luke Falk is the all-time leader in pass yards and completions in PAC-12 history.

So what do you think? Who's the greatesst Coug QB of all time?
