Yakima Craft Brewing Co. Is All Set For America On Tap [VIDEO]

I know I can try dozens of beers from around the country at this Saturday afternoon's (Sept. 12) America On Tap beer-tasting festival in downtown Yakima, but as far as I'm concerned one of the best breweries in the country is right here: Yakima Craft Brewing Co.

The eight-year-old brewery traces its roots back to the late Bert Grant, who started the modern craft-beer movement ... also right here in Yakima. Dating back to the early 1980s, his pub was a favorite stop for beer lovers -- and some of the equipment from his old brewery is still in use at Yakima Craft.

Anyway, I slipped off the other day and hooked up with AJ Keagle and Chris Swedin, the brewers at YCB, and they gave me one tasty tour of their operation.
