Yakima Residents Capture Spectacular Smoky Sunsets Caused By Washington State Wildfires [PHOTOS]

Probably the only silver lining to the numerous wildfires consuming much of Washington state -- and which are enveloping the Yakima Valley with smoke -- is the spectacular sunsets the past couple of nights.

KATS' own Andy Winford snapped a shot from his residence in west Yakima last night and posted it to our Facebook page and encouraged others to do the same from their location.

Here are some stunning shots of not only fabulous, smoke-filtered sunsets, but some incredible pics of the fire and those fighting them from Eric Allen, who is himself a firefighter. His photos are from the Chelan Complex blaze that is now the largest in the state's history.
