What Restaurant Should Come to Yakima?

I'm a fan of food, as most of us are. I don't mind the selection of restaurants we have, from big chain places like Red Robin and Olive Garden to local places like Famous Burger and Ozeki's. I want to know, if you could bring any restaurant chain to Yakima, what would it be?

Near to the top of my list would be Famous Dave's, but we're finally getting one of those! Here are some more places I'd love to see in Yakima.
