Yakima’s 1999 ‘WCW Monday Night Nitro’ Available on WWE Network

April 12, 1999, saw WCW filming their popular Monday Night Nitro weekly wrestling event from the Yakima Valley SunDome. If you have the WWE Network, you can relive this star-studded event.

We saw the likes of Ric Flair, Diamond Dallas Page, Sting and a lot more. I was there for the cruiserweight so cool to see them there, too.

I was sitting in the audience as they did this. Because it was taped live for the east coast they held this event at around 4 or 5 p.m., then tape delayed for us so I was able to watch it live, then go home at watch it at home on TV. Sure, I looked for myself but never saw myself. I was sitting too far away, apparently.

Interesting to see some of the signs they wrote, too. If you have WWE Network, maybe check it out and see if you recognize anyone in the audience.
