"The Yakima market is on track to potentially see more home sales this year than our market has ever seen before" the words of Cory Beemis owner of Yakima's John L. Scott Real Estate. He says the 2020 Year to Date Median Home Sales Price in Yakima is $287,500. That's a 10.6% increase from last year when the number was $260,000.

Beemis says there were 208 total homes sold in July 2020, a 7.8% increase from the 193 homes that sold in July of 2019. So far this year there's been a 5.2% increase in home sales with a total of 1016 total homes sold.
