On our way back from Union Gap my wife and daughters noticed billows of black smoke coming from the other side of the Burger King on 1st street. As we drove by, we noticed it wasn't coming from inside the restaurant, but rather parked out front. A car englufed in flames with a few people standing calling 911. Always a scary sight to see.

We spoke briefly to the owners of the car. They didn't say much, but did say their car was having problems and wouldn't shut off. That was enough for them to play it safe and get out of the car instead of trying to turn it off. From the looks of it, they made the right choice to get out of harm's way and to keep a safe distance.
