Derek Jeter’s Nephew Tips His Hat to His Uncle, ‘The Captain’

If it were a movie, people would say it was a bad movie because there's no way what happened in the Bronx last night could be possible.
Derek Jeter hit a game-winning single in the bottom of the ninth inning to defeat the Baltimore Orioles 6-5 in his final game at Yankee Stadium.

Too perfect. Too scripted. Too corny. Even down to his young nephew tipping his cap in honor of his uncle, "The Captain."

No one would ever give a storybook ending like this the time of day in Hollywood, except ...  it actually happened.
