As the post pointed out, the genius with the hatred of limo rides got identified and made it to jail.

"On Saturday afternoon at the Pasco Farmers Market, Juan Diego Rojas was attempting to channel his inner "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan; however, instead of taking out his frustrations in the squared circle, he decided to take it out on this poor stretched limousine. Juan was booked into the Franklin County Jail for destruction of property."
