That wasn't the only interruption of the evening.

The nationwide outage from Charter Spectrum prevented all electronic beer, food and merchandise sales at the show.

Unless you had cash, you could not buy anything. To calm the resulting tension, Toyota Center employees were forced to shut all sales down as the show continued.
