It’s Official: America’s Best Wine Region is Right Here!

While I'm no expert, I do remember the first time I really savored a glass of wine. Before that it was just a strong grape juice to have with dinner because you're a grown up. But at some point, and I think it happens to most people who enjoy alcohol, you finally get it...like the difference between a Merlot and a Cabernet. Before that, I just thought red was red and white was white. I will say however, that several-many years ago when I got a bonus on a paycheck, I decided to get some expensive wine. Not the $8 stuff I usually bought. I spent $40 bucks on a bottle of Cab and couldn't wait to get home to experience the good life. I couldn't really tell the difference and was so bummed!! But it is nice to know that we live in a region highly touted for its vineyards.
