Yakima's Newest Bar: 3 Menu Items to Try Inside 'Once or Twice'

Fans are raving about Yakima's newest bar located in downtown, and it's called Once or Twice. I may have just found my new favorite place to go for Happy Hour besides Purrr and Bill's Place.

Once or Twice feels like a country and western saloon where a town sheriff with an eye patch will come thru swinging doors looking for outlaws, haha! There's even a security guard at the door; you won't even get inside unless you are 21+.

THE BAR IS LOCATED ACROSS FROM THE COUNTY JAIL

The biggest question I've received when I tell friends about Once or Twice is, where is it? It's nudged at the corner of North Front Street and Staff Sgt. Pendleton Way. There's a small neon sign that says 'BAR' on the building, so that should make it easy to find in case you get lost.

YES, THERE IS A HAPPY HOUR

The menu highlights available drinks for Happy Hour (Happy Hour is 4 to 6 p.m. on Mondays thru Fridays).

The first item I recommend you try is a beverage. I decided to try the Evening Redness cocktail and my friend Heather (who suggested we try this place out) ordered something that had a sprig of lavender in it. I forget the name of the drink though, sorry!

THE FOOD MENU INCLUDES VEGETARIAN OPTIONS, TOO

It was hard to choose what to order to eat, but I finally decided on the black bean smash burger and fries (fries are extra). I highly recommend both of these items to try at the bar. You'll get a food order number sign so that they'll know where to bring your meal.
