The Yakima Parks and Rec team have swimming open for you at Lion's Pool. They are open for recreational night swimming from 7 to 8:30.

Red, Wine, and Chocolate Weekend 2025

This year on February 14-17, several Yakima Valley wineries and tasting rooms will pull out the red carpet, wine, and the chocolates, just for us. Participating wineries include:

  • Freehand Cellars
  • Wilridge Vineyard, Winery, and Distillery
  • Dineen Vineyards
  • Sheridan Vineyard
  • Bon Air Winery

 

White Pass Ski Resort

Enjoy some romantic twilight snowshoeing up at the Pass in Naches on Saturday, February 15th. They are doing a special "Sip & Stretch" event, too. If you prefer beer instead, check out their "Beers with Friends" night on Valentine's Day.
