Here are three things I think are worth the stop the next time you're passing through Selah, Washington.

1. Tree Top Visitors Center

Here's a fun fact: did you know that Selah is the self-proclaimed "apple juice capitol of the world?" That's because it's the home of the famous Tree Top apple juice. I remember my parents buying it when I was growing up as a kid in Tennessee!

You'll find a variety of juices to buy inside the visitor's center, plus they have a little cafe where you can order freshly made sandwiches and other things to nosh on, including cheese zombies!

2. Restaurants and Wineries

Tailgater's, T&T Lounge, and Outskirts Brewing Co. should be on your must-see list, especially if you're a foodie. Whether you want to get that dive bar experience or an upscale wine bar, brewery, or coffee bar, try one of these places.

3. Halloween Night

The town of Selah comes alive every Halloween. All the businesses downtown are open late so they can pass out thousands of pieces of candy to everyone dressed up in costume. It's so cute; it reminds me of a town inside a Hallmark movie. Plus, the Selah Chamber teams up with soldiers stationed at the Military Training Center nearby to provide safe crosswalk passage for all the kids up and down Main Street!
