Have you ever wanted to run your own business in town?

Maybe you have all the ideas on how to make every other restaurant better and say things like "I could make a better pizza than the other guys," or, "you know what this restaurant should have is THIS."

Well, now is your chance to put your money where your mouth is, then take it out of your mouth and pass it off onto these guys as there's a local restaurant up for sale.

And the sale page is found on Facebook.

Actually, truth be told, it's probably listed for sale elsewhere as well, but this is where I found it for sale.

Local pizza restaurant, Flame & Brew Wood Fired Pizza is up for sale for low, low price of $79,999.

Flame & Brew is a neat pizza place located on 3rd and Nob Hill. You can tell when you drive by with the art on the side of the building featuring pizza wings (not chicken wings, but wings that look like they're made of pizza) as well as the classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on the east side of the building.

This would be a great start-up for someone who wants to get into the food business in Yakima. They already have a pretty spacious inside, the wood fire oven is still there, it's a great location on one of the busiest streets in Yakima. It's a great opportunity for someone to grab this business.

You can find more, of all places, on the Facebook Marketplace but you can contact them directly through that page as well.
