The Seattle Mariners announced today that their partnership with Safeco Insurance for the naming rights of the stadium, Safeco Field, will expire and not be renewed following the 2018 season.

The ballpark, which officially opened in July of 1999, has been named after the insurance company following a 20-year agreement that cost $40 million.

What would you like to see the stadium's name changed to? Something non-corporate like "Dave Niehaus Field"? "Griffey Stadium"?

What about a Seattle-based business getting the rights, such as "Amazon Field"? "Microsoft Field"? "Starbucks Stadium"?
