Seahawks Make Dream Come True for Young Fan [VIDEO]

The team recently granted a special wish for Kevin Lee, a young fan with a serious heart condition.

Kevin Lee is a 12-year-old from Michigan that was born with a very serious heart condition. He's endured multiple surgeries, and his mother still has to deal with the fact that every day could be Kevin's last. Kevin is also a big Seahawks fan, and his favorite player is quarterback Russell Wilson.
