A Prosser elementary school teacher has been suspended over a posting on her personal Facebook page.

It's tough nowadays to put the smackdown on kids because even a spanking is "child abuse."  I still do a  little swat now and again, but discipline is a challenge for many parents.

Sure, kids can be a handful sometimes, but a second grade teacher in Colorado may have taken things too far when she allegedly taped the mouths of 28 students shut because they were being noisy.
