A donation of nearly $15,000 from Stewart Subaru will go a long way toward helping the Yakima Humane Society feed and care for the cats, dogs and other homeless animals the independent, nonprofit agency tries to rescue.
The car dealership's general manager, Mark Prater, presented Humane Society outreach manager Nicole Papageorgiou with the $14,498 check at Stewart Subaru's headquarters, 506 Fruitv
