Since the day after Christmas, I have been fighting a head/chest infection. Many of the over-the-counter remedies are not recommended for my use. What surefire way do you beat a cold? Let me know -- I'll try just about anything!

It's been a rough couple of weeks inside the 'ol KATS studio.

A couple of weeks ago, I commented on a Facebook topic on KIMA-TV's page regarding getting vaccinated for influenza.  I was pretty cavalier, stating that I had NEVER gotten inoculated and have NEVER had the flu, relying only on my body's own natural defenses and immune system to help ward off sickness.
