Wise says he was driving along Valley Mall Blvd. on Tuesday when he noticed a duck on the side of the road.

Deputies were called to a domestic incident in the 900 block of South Fork Road at about 1:15 am.

Troopers say the two-car crash in Toppenish happened on the afternoon of May 27 on State Route 22 at the intersection of North Track Road.

The man was taken to Yakima Memorial Hospital for treatment for non-life threatening injuries.

A total of 19 firefighters responded to the scene.

Authorities say all who were involved in the crash are from 16 to 18-years-old.
