So far no arrests and no charges have been filed in any of the three cases but charges are possible depending on the decisions made by Yakima County Prosecutor Joe Brusic.
Now both are set to be resentenced early next year after a 2012 decision by the US Supreme Court found unconstitutional mandatory life sentences without the possibility of parole for juveniles.

Antoinette Miller continues to be held in the Yakima County jail on charges of Second Degree Murder, Second Degree Assault of a Child and Fourth Degree Domestic Violence Assault.
