Oakland outfielder Yoenis Cespedes has played an integral role in making the A's one of the top teams in the American League. In only his third year in MLB, Cespedes doesn't have quite the hype and flash as fellow Cuban Yasiel Puig, but the talent is unquestioned.
Monday night marked the return of Major League Baseball for another year.
At my house we refer to it as "New Year's Day" and celebrate almost as fervently as we do on December 31st of each year.
