I don't know much about fishing. Or fashion.

What with Springer Fever building to a fever pitch however, I was compelled to break out an old photo of me holding the largest fish I have personally ever landed - even if it means showing my ridiculous hairdo at the time!

This photo was taken around 1985 on Lake Washington not far from the I-90 floating bridge. It was in those waters, thanks to my uncle Paul's downrigger and depth-finder, that I was able to reel in this eight-pound sockeye salmon.

I only have myself to thank for the faux jew-fro, however.
