Wapato Man Killed in Friday Shooting

Yakima County Sheriff's Detectives are investigating the shooting death of a 46-year-old man in Wapato Friday. Deputies were called to the 100 block of Donald Road at about 11:45 p.m. Friday night where they found Jesus Gomez-Reyes of Wapato dead of a gunshot wound. Authorities aren't saying what lead up to the shooting or if even happened in the area. No other information has been released. An autopsy is set for Tuesday.
