WTF, Nature?

OK, I've been freaked out by fish... whether it's in stick form, golden cracker form, "Jaws" form -- but now a form that is best described as a mix of "Gremlins" meets Jay Leno!

The Black Seadevil fish was caught on camera by researchers at California's Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute. They spotted a deep-sea anglerfish in their exploration of the Monterey Canyon, a Pacific Ocean canyon as big as the Grand Canyon that starts close to the central California coastline. The researchers then continued the fine art of scaring the crap out of me by showing me more things in nature that I can not un-see.
