The folks at the insurance rate aggregator QuoteWizard crunched the numbers to find out which cities in the US have the highest rate of drivers with a DUI.

Seattle came in as the 17th worst city for drunken drivers. Portland OR was even worse at number 12. Greensboro, NC has the highest propensity for people caught driving under the influence.
