January 3, 2013 My family life aside, here's what you need to know about my hobbies - I love video games, I love Craigslist and I love it when new stores comes to Yakima - especially when they're locally owned an operated. You can imagine my sheer joy when I found out that Yakima will be getting a store that buys, sells and trades video games from all systems from Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 all the way back through Nintendo 64, Genesis and the 8-bit NES.
January 3, 2013 I have to say I'm very proud of my daughter. Her whole life, she has been blessed (and burdened) with naturally blonde, curly hair. When she heard about Locks of Love a year ago, she decided that's what she wanted to do. Instead of getting her hair cut shorter, she'd wait it out a year to donate her hair to someone in need.
January 3, 2013 I remember seeing these remote controlled superheroes when they were promoting some movie last year. These guys got one and decided to dress it up like Superman and have some fun with it.
January 2, 2013 This is what true friendship looks like. This guy is drunk and wanted to drive home. One of his buddies steps in between the drunk guy and his car to prevent him from driving drunk. After pleas of having his friend not get behind the wheel, he decided to do something that may have saved the lives of many. He punched him in the face!

December 30, 2012 This dude decided to sled on a frozen lake. Nothing wrong with that. Sounds kind of fun if you ask me. The only problem was the weight of him on his sled caused him to break through the ice. When others come to his rescue, others started falling in as well.
December 30, 2012 "in Russia, plane takes you!" Okay, so that wasn't very funny, nor did it make a lot of sense. What happened in this video is a plane crashed hard into the water (it looks like) and ends up crashing into the road. A driver happen to have a dashboard camera and caught most of it on film. What is it with Russia and their dashboard cams?
December 29, 2012 Talk about turning something negative into a positive. This poor chap ended up in the water. As they say, "you have to play the ball where it lands." This water hazard happens to feature a water spout. What happens next is truly amazing.

December 27, 2012 We've all done things like this. Used something as our own personal drum pad. Whether it's beating a bot with a wooden spoon or drumming our steering wheel listening to our favorite song on the radio, we all have the rhythm in us. This kid, however, uses a washing machine and it sounds amazing. Check it out!
