How do you handle spicy food? Do you shy away from it as your poor insides can't tolerate anything spicier than BBQ sauce? Or maybe you're one of those who watches Hot Ones on YouTube and say to yourself 'pssh, I could do that without breaking a sweat.' Either way, Yakima has some great spots for spicy food of all types.

I found myself at a favorite restaurant of mine in town and figured I'd try something a little different than what I'd usually order here.

Fuego Margarita Bar has so much more than just amazing margaritas (of which there are several to choose from) but amazing food as well. Even if you're not one for margaritas or drinks of any kind you'll always find something amazing here at Fuego on 48th and Tieton. And the chips and salsa may very well be my favorite in town.

When I go to a place with Mexican cuisine I'm usually going to grab something like the burrito or tacos or something of that nature. But this time my eyes went to something called the Fuego Burger. A burger at a Mexican restaurant? Well, nobody said they couldn't.

What really grabbed my attention was that this burger had a habanero sauce. Though my heat tolerance isn't the best, it's not bad. habanero is about my limit and I do love the flavor so I opted for the Fuego Burger and I'm glad I did.

It seemed to be on a brioche bun which makes any burger better as far as I'm concerned. Everything was perfect and that habanero sauce was, to me, about the perfect amount. Habanero is sneaky where it tastes great at first, then the heat sneaks up on you later. I was about halfway through my burger when it finally caught up to me. I finished it, along with the fries (which, by the way, are also amazing) and it's something I'd definitely come back to order again.

If you're a fan of burgers and figured you've tried most at all the popular burger places in town, check out Fuego and the Fuego Burger. It does not disappoint.

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
