Trying to cancel your cable service is almost as tough as getting in touch with the cable company.

This video is for anyone who's ever been frustrated trying to get an actual live person on the line when calling any company (which is to say, everyone). The man here was trying to cancel his service with Comcast cable.

One little problem: He's been on hold for over three hours. And why is that? Well, it seems Comcast had closed the department for the night and didn't bother to provide that little cellphone battery-eating detail to him.

We'd try to reach out to Comcast for comment, but we don't have that kind of time.
