This time, it is a naked Vancouver man walking around with a knife and a banjo!Police received reports of a man walking in a Vancouver, Wash., neighborhood naked -- and wielding a knife. When officers arrived, the man went in his house and brought out a banjo. He serenaded them for two hours during what authorities are calling a standoff. Two hours later, the banjo player was taken into custody. HA! This is a must-watch video.
