It is very important to have a good work ethic as an employee. Employers need to do the same. If someone is being treated badly, there should be a conversation about it so it will give the worker -- or the boss -- some time to change. That isn't always the way it goes down, though.
Sometimes a person just needs to quit to get their point across. It will not help their situation, but it might help
