Once upon a time, Agent Dale Cooper investigated the paranormal goings-on of a sleepy suburban town, and coffee and fire-walking were the water-cooler chats that got TV fans going. We're talking of course of the legendary 'Twin Peaks,' which some years ago went down in TV history for its shockingly bizarre, and tragically-truncated series finale. Now, rumblings that series creator and eccentric director David Lynch might be working on a 'Twin Peaks' revival for NBC, but is there any truth to the rumors?
