I started in radio right out of high school in my hometown of Clarkston, Wash., at KCLK-FM, a country station, and from there moved all over Idaho, Montana, California and Washington state at various radio stations. I worked on KMPS-FM in Seattle in the late 1990s and moved to Yakima in 1998 as program director of 107.3 KFFM. I moved again and again until I was in Bakersfield, California going head-to-head competition with Buck Owens at competing radio stations. Tri-Cities came calling in 2007 and after a few years, I was commuting to Yakima daily for the next 8 years for Townsquare Media as their Operation Manager. I was elated with I accepted the job as morning show host and brand manager of 98.3 The Key in 2017. I'm also heard on our sister stations 102.7 KORD where I host the afternoon show and I'm the brand manager for our newest product that features the "Jubal" show on 975 KISS-FM Outside of radio, I bought a farm in Prosser a few years back with my wife Megan and we sold it last year and we now live in Kennewick. We have three great dogs named Phoebe, Barkley and Roxy. Phoebe is getting up there in the years but she's still spoiled rotten. I serve on the board of Pet Over Population Prevention and along with animals as an area of importance to me, I also have donated and spoke at the YWCA concerning domestic abuse and My Friend's Place on the plight of foster kids. I'm a former foster kid so I'm quite aware of their needs and a big advocate for system reform. I've MC'ed multiple events such as Special Olympics, Girls On The Run, March Of Dimes, Parades and Polar Bear Plunges and have been heavily involved with charities such as Children's Miracle Network and St Jude's My son is an aspiring musician and plays, performs and writes original music. I also have a stepson named Kyran who is just starting high school so with the dogs and the boys, we've got a busy household. My wife is the current youth Sports Director/Marketing Manager at our local YMCA. I’m known for having a never-ending knowledge of pop culture and easily get addicted to TV reality shows. I like "Star Trek," Mustangs (the car) and '80s music, the era I seem to be stuck in and I'm a Dallas Cowboys fan (but don't hold that against me). I’m also a huge comic book fan, having a comic collection easily totaling more than 6,000 comics with some rare comic books thrown in for good measure.
