Children’s Miracle Network Provides a Fun Way to Give Locally!

Do you know of anyone connected to Children's Miracle Network locally? This fantastic Yakima arm of the national non-profit raises funds through the Memorial Foundation to assist with our local NICU, Pediatric Unit, Family Birthplace and Children's Village.

How It Happens

Finding out you and your partner are expecting a child can be a joyous and overwhelming moment. Now, imagine finding out along the way that their will be added struggles that will require medical assistance. This happens to millions of families and thankfully in the Yakima Valley we have Children's Miracle Network to assist during this process, for as long as it takes.

How Can You Help Support?

Youthworks is a branch of the Memorial Foundation that focuses on our local high schools and community members who are ramping up the fundraising with events like restaurant take-overs where your local seniors are taking orders and serving up your food. A portion of the funds raised will go right back to the Yakima Valley families in need. You could help just by attending an upcoming event. The culmination of these events are pageants where hand selected senior boys from each local high school show off talents, raising more money, meeting the Miracle Child of the Year and hearing family stories all wrapping up with someone being crowned Mr. Zillah, Mr. Sunnyside, Mr. Highland and so on and so forth.

Mr. Davis Challenges the Davis Varsity Girls Volleyball Team

Last night the A.C Davis crew decided to throw together a challenge. Mr. Davis pageant contestants against the Girls Varsity Volleyball team. It was loads of fun, funds were raised and there was even a chance to dress up the contestants and players. Everyone was a great sport and if you missed it. No worries, plenty more chances to support locally.

• Thursday, March 24th 2022 Mr. Davis Restaurant Take-Over at Provisions 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Come on in for dinner and Mr. Davis will assist with your orders while a portion of your meals proceeds will go towards our local Children's Miracle Network
• Wednesday, March 30th Mr. East Valley Restaurant Take-Over at Provisions 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
• Monday, April 25th Mr. La Salle Restaurant Take-Over at 2nd Street Grill between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm
