Comedian Craig Gass To Sit-In With Todd & Hendo This Week
Comedian Craig Gass will be sitting in on "The Todd & Hendo Show" all week from 6:00-10:00 a.m.
Some of you will remember Craig from his past visits to KATS and have seen his stand-up over the years here in Yakima.
A massive Seattle Seahawks and Mariners fan, Craig literally books his shows around his favorite teams schedules. A native of the Bronx, New York, Gass is in the Northwest - where he honed his comedic chops in the early 90's - to see the M's series' against the Yankees, Red Sox and Mets. In between, he will be on the air with us in the morning and will be performing three shows this Friday and Saturday night.
Besides being a stand-up comic, Craig does killer voice impersonations which you might have unwittingly heard on "Family Guy" and "American Dad." He's also acted in episodes of "Sex In The City" and "King Of Queens" and has been a regular on "The Howard Stern Show" for many, many years. If you haven't caught him there, you may have seen him on Comedy Central Roasts of KISS' Gene Simmons and Twisted Sister's Dee Snider.
Last July about this time, I ran in to Craig and his brother-in-comedy Jason Stewart in Cooperstown, NY for Ken Griffey, Jr.'s induction into the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Craig was also spotted on national TV last fall when the Chicago Cubs won their first World Series in 108 years. Craig was sitting directly in front of long-suffering Cubs fan and comedic legend Bill Murray!
Craig's performances have sold-out every time he has played Yakima, so get your tickets before they are gone!
