I've heard of undercover cops, they usually (in this town) end up looking like cops in t-shirts. But in Georgia, officers went full-scale undercover.

They posed as construction workers to nab drivers that were texting and driving. They handed out about 60 tickets in just 3 hours.

First time offenders were given a $50 fine. Second time offenders were fined $100, while third time offenders were slapped with a $150 bill.

Should local law enforcement try something like this to crack down on texting and driving?
