It's a high-tech game of "chicken" being played out right before our very eyes...  Except, we aren't able to see it.

Network giant Viacom is currently in a dispute with satellite TV service provider DirecTV over how much should be paid to air their programs.  Because they two parties haven't been able to come to an agreement, 20 million subscribers are now missing thier favorite shows.

In case you've been wondering where "Jersey Shore" or "The Daily Show" have been, here's a complete listing of all the Viacom networks that are currently being blacked-out so you know what you're missing:

  • Comedy Central
  • Logo
  • BET
  • Spike
  • TV Land
  • Nick@Nite
  • Nickelodeon
  • TeenNick
  • Nick Jr.
  • MTV
  • VH1
  • MTV2
  • Tr3s
  • CMT
  • PalladiaOf course, it's highly doutful that a DirecTV subscriber's bill is going to be adjusted to reflect the missing products, but they feel they are doing the what is right in the best interest of the viewers by taking a stand and trying to keep prices down.

Who's right?  Will you switch to cable or Dish Network?  Let us know in the comments below!
