The Fried Chicken at Abby's is Amazing

The other day Eisenhower High School's music department did a high school takeover at Abby's Pizza where proceeds of sales for a few hours went to help support funds needed for something Ike's music department is doing. You can honestly never go wrong with pizza but just a quick reminder as well that, though the name of the place is Abby's Pizza, they provide more than just pizza, including some of the best fried chicken in Yakima.

Above is the 4 piece chicken and fried potatoes meal. It was perfect for me as I love fried chicken. They also have salads, garlic knots, wings and a lot more on the salads and starters menu.

Yes, they have pizza, too, but might wanna try some of their more unique pizzas like a New Orleans Shrimp pizza, a Philly Cheesesteak pizza, an artichoke and shrimp pizza and steakhouse pizza with A-1 sauce and more. Maybe people in Yakima say they have the best taco pizza in town. I haven't had a chance to try it, yet, but someone ordered one and it looked amazing.

They also have craft beer on tap. Many pizza places have you covered with standard stuff but Abby's has 16 and 22oz size mugs with a nice variety of craft beer to choose from.

What I did on this particular occasion is I ordered a 4 piece chicken and spuds for myself and then ordered a Big Hawaiian pizza for the road so we could have plenty of leftovers. Worked out great for us.
