Fortnite Announced for Nintendo Switch – Released Today!

It was one of the worst kept secrets about this year's E3 but they made it official. Fortnite is coming to Nintendo Switch and when I say coming, I mean it's available now. And it's still free.

If you go to the Nintendo eShop it'll be available to download immediately. No purchase necessary. And it's also free to play online.

If you're not familiar, Fortnite's most popular mode is a free-to-play game that bouts 100 players in a battle royale to have one deciding winner. It takes multiplayer shooters like Call of Duty, the building construction of Minecraft and even a bit of dancing fun from Let's Dance into one giant game that kids love. Adults do, too.
