Homemade Bomb Found On Soap Lake Driveway — Made With Lipstick

The Richland bomb squad was called to a Soap Lake home earlier this month to investigate a suspicious device in a residential driveway.

The bomb squad discovered that the device, found July 19 in the Lakeview area, had a suspicious varnish-like liquid and a tube of lipstick.

The device was destroyed, and police say they have no leads.

Was someone just bored and said "I think I will create a bomb with the stuff in my purse"?
