The Town of Tieton Is Saying Goodbye to Summer with a Big Street Party
You've heard of Yakima Federal Downtown Summer Nights, which ends on Thursday, August 27th. Now get ready for another fun way to say goodbye to summer: Tieton Summer Nights/Noches de Verano in the town square park.
Live music, local food, beer garden, vendors, games, face painting.
The regionally beloved high-energy band, Aphrodisi-Yaks will be performing. Local flavor at this event will include the dancing horses, a beer garden, bouncy houses for the kids, and local street vendors.
The event is free and open to the public. Bring your dancing shoes because everyone will be partying in the street! Make sure you save the date for Saturday, August 22nd from 4 to 8 p.m. at Tieton Square Park (616 Maple St) and the after party at Shorthead Brewing (100 N Tieton Rd).

Other Fun Events and Things to Do in Tieton
French Canyon Cellars is hosting a Wine & Line Dance party social at Tieton Square Park on Thursday, August 6th, at 7 p.m. The dance lessons are open to all ages and guests 21+ can get a glass of wine with their ticket purchase.
Nikki's Cafe is a local spot to get your grub on with coffee, sandwiches, and dinner, and Shorthead Brewing is one of the town watering holes for hoppy beer.
Nomad is my favorite restaurant in Tieton. I love its swanky, upscale appeal.
